Sporting Canada
Sporting Canada is Sports Rank Inc's flagship site.
We are proud to be the premier source of statistical information on CIS
Cross Country, Track & Field,
Swimming and Wrestling.
The focus of Sporting Canada can be broken down into three main areas:
Helping the Coach & Athlete
The Assistant Coach system is a simple interface that allows coaches to enter
results and manage athlete infromation. From this we are able to produce rankings
and comprehensive reports for fans, athletes and teams. The system
is very flexible and can only be accessed with a password.
Helping the Media and Fans of the Sport
By having complete meet results, along with individual team reports
provided by the Assistant Coach package, the media has the statistical
information needed to follow and report on the sports. It also allows
friends, family, alumni of teams to track their favorite teams and
athletes. With the addition of pictures, stories and analysis of rankings
by our reporters in the "cheap seats" we get an in depth look at the
people, names and faces who make up the sports.
Helping To Document the History of the Sport
Sporting Canada is dedicated to providing up-to-date results from meets
taking place each week and we are also dedicated to documenting those that
blazed the trail in the sport in previous years. The efforts and
sacrifices of those coaches, athletes and administrators are recognized
in a historical review that will be coming soon to Sporting Canada.
